Everybody H.I.I.T The Beat

On Sunday 29th March Preston’s very own Everybody Fit launched ‘Everybody H.I.I.T The Beat’ a five hour exercise class marathon involving high intensity interval training. Classes include Metafit, Insanity, Kettlercise, Body Attack and Body Combat.

The event took place at Preston’s College and was supported by Fit Education, with fully trained instructors a stall area, raffle and food stand’s it was a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to attend and offer support to those undergoing the challenge!

Cheryl Hughes founder of EveryBody Fit said:

“The day was a great success and it was amazing to see so many people supporting this fantastic charity.  This was a family, fun filled day and I would like to personally thank everyone that made the day a huge success.  We will look forward to our next charity event in 2016.”

Lisa Riding Heartbeat fundraiser said:

“I would like to thank Cheryl for choosing Heartbeat to benefit from her exciting new event.

I would also like to thank the staff at Fit Education at Preston’s College for allowing us to hold the event there.

On behalf of us all at Heartbeat we would like to thank all those that took part in the event itself. Just short of £4000 was raised through sponsorship which is fantastic!

The money raised at this event will go towards the on-going work provided to local people that require heart rehabilitation by providing an exercise-based Cardiac Rehabilitation programme, fully supervised by trained instructors, to those recovering from heart attack, surgery or stroke and supports those at risk of developing these conditions
