I teach mindfulness meditation and yoga.
Due to the Covid outbreak I have adapted a mindfulness course that people can participate in, in a a virtual environment. Participants can interact with each other as they learn to develop skills and practices to help them manage stress. The cost of the course is discounted (usually £175- now £140), with a maximum of 8 people (aged 18 or over).
Additionally, I will be offering very soon, a free live yoga session online, for local residents, during this lock-down period. The class will be Tuesday evenings , 5- 6 pm, starting on 14th April.
I will also be offering a mindfulness yoga course of 8 sessions. This is a course that focuses strongly on mindfulness while integrating this with yoga practice.
This course costs £40 for 8 sessions, and will run every Wednesday from 6th May. This will be posted on my website very soon.
