Tony opened his chippy doors over 10 years ago. ’When I opened Tony’s Top Chippy, my aim was to offer fish and chips of the highest calibre, putting in the time and effort to either make the dishes from scratch or source them from the best local producers. The emphasis is very much on quality. Our pies come from local butchers and are made with fresh top quality meat, our chips are all peeled and cut in house and our fish is delivered fresh daily,’ said Tony.
