Even if you’ve never stayed at the Holiday Inn Preston, you’ll no doubt be familiar with it’s iconic curving facade and it’s prominent position on Ringway. What you may not know is that the hotel’s first floor restaurant, open to non-residents, recently re-opened with a new name, a stylish new décor and delicious new menu.

Nineteen75 – named after the year the hotel was built – invites you to experience its new fixed price menu featuring classic British dishes with a modern twist. Enjoy two courses for £15 or or add a third course for £5 extra

The menu, which includes seasonal dishes alongside traditional favourites, changes every month and, with six starters, eight main dishes and six desserts, there’s sure to always be something to tempt even the fussiest foodie. The food, beautifully presented on crockery carefully chosen to show off each dish, is a feast for the eyes.

 

Head Chef Jenny Ware has over 33 years’ experience in catering, including ten years at a 4* Country Club before joining The Holiday Inn Preston six years ago. The contemporary feel of the new restaurant interior has inspired Jenny to create lots of new and exciting dishes.

 

If you’re looking for a venue for a celebration, nineteen75 can be hired for private parties of up to 100 guests and there is also private dining for 16 available in the back of the restaurant.
